The RIB Club Hub is, essentially, the operating system for RIB Club. Members use it to manage their membership options, register for events, shape their preferred boat availability profiles, put holds on boats, report problems, and communicate with the team and each other. But it is far more than that. The same system runs the entire MRO (maintenance, repair and operations) protocol across our locations and it is used by our field techs and prep teams to confirm boats are ready or that work has been completed. All of that data is being used within the Hub to leverage AI/ML to manage availability as part of the Simulated Ownership™ system.
