James Patterson Founder James founded RIB Club over 16 years ago with a simple belief: boating should be high-quality, effortless, and free from the burdens of ownership. His hands-on leadership and deep industry relationships have shaped one of Europe’s most established private boating clubs. David Williams Board Advisor David brings extensive senior operational experience from the equipment rental sector. He is currently Non-Executive Chairman of HSS: The Hire Service Company and previously served as COO at Vp plc. His track record in managing large, multi-site fleets within service-led organisations provides valuable strategic insight as the club continues to grow. Brian Higgins Member Services With over seven years at RIB Club, Brian is a trusted and familiar face to members. Calm, professional, and highly attentive, he plays a central role in delivering the seamless club experience members value so highly. Micaela Andres Operations & Member Services Micaela brings broad experience from boat clubs across the industry. An organised all-rounder with strong attention to detail, she supports daily operations and member services, helping everything run smoothly. Garry Wilson Board Advisor & Member Managing Partner of Endless LLP and a club member himself, Garry combines strategic investment expertise with first-hand understanding of the member experience. José Luis Ortega Fontenla Chief Mechanic José Luis is RIB Club’s Chief Mechanic, responsible for maintaining and preparing the fleet to the highest standard. With extensive hands-on marine engineering experience, he oversees servicing and repairs to ensure every boat is safe, reliable, and ready for members to enjoy with confidence. Ana Maria Floris Hanson Accounts & Financial Administration Anna Maria oversees the financial administration of RIB Club, ensuring the club’s accounts, invoicing, and financial processes are managed with accuracy and care. Working closely with external accountants in both the UK and Spain, Ana helps maintain clear financial reporting and operational discipline across the business. Her attention to detail and steady oversight provide the structure that supports the club’s continued growth.
