Founder
James founded RIB Club over 16 years ago with a simple belief: boating should be high-quality, effortless, and free from the burdens of ownership. His hands-on leadership and deep industry relationships have shaped one of Europe’s most established private boating clubs.

Board Advisor
David brings extensive senior operational experience from the equipment rental sector. He is currently Non-Executive Chairman of HSS: The Hire Service Company and previously served as COO at Vp plc. His track record in managing large, multi-site fleets within service-led organisations provides valuable strategic insight as the club continues to grow.

Working closely with external accountants in both the UK and Spain, Ana helps maintain clear financial reporting and operational discipline across the business. Her attention to detail and steady oversight provide the structure that supports the club’s continued growth.
