In simple terms, RIB Club’s Simulated Ownership™ is for anyone who wants to have access to boats in some of the most beautiful locations throughout the Mediterranean, but doesn’t want the drawbacks that come with actual ownership. The Simulated Ownership™ system uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to leverage RIB Club’s fourteen years of data and experience to combat the lack of availability that legacy boat clubs are powerless to prevent. Packages start with a simulation of the kind of near-term and planned availability one would expect from shared ownership among ten other fair and reasonable ‘owners’ and can be upgraded all the way through to simulating as few as three ‘co-owning’ members. Of course, unlike actual ownership, Simulated Ownership™ doesn’t restrict you to one boat in one location, and every package gives you access to RIB Club boats across all of our locations.

RIB Club has fourteen years of data and experience managing the peak demand for boat access. Our Simulated Ownership™ AI system has captured all of that data and knowledge and actively manages boat availability based on the boating package that the member has opted for. So, where a member chooses our standard boating package, for example, the system provides accessibility to boats so that it feels like you are sharing a boat with ten reasonable and fair ‘co-owners’. The biggest innovation is that the system lets you create a preferred usage profile for both short-term and long-term boat holds. The more you share about the kind of simulated ownership experience you would like and treat it like a friendly negotiation with other owners, the better the simulated ownership experience will be.

The standard Simulated Ownership™️ package is designed to give access to the RIB Club 9-metre fleet that simulates ten members co-owning a boat. That package is €6,000 plus the cost of the Club annual membership of your choice. On the other end of the price range are the simulated ownership packages for our RIB Club Private luxury fleet, which range from €18,000 to €30,000+. It should be noted that RIB Club Private packages are available to RIB Club Black members only which is our invitation only membership tier.
